Shipment Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as your order is processed. During times of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery, and know that we’ll notify you via email or telephone if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • U.S. Delivery: 2-21 business days (please check individual product pages for specific timeframes)

Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be added to your order details, and you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. You can monitor your package every step of the way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
BloomyMama.com is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All additional charges imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or duties, or if it’s marked as return-to-sender, we will refund the cost of the product but retain the shipping charges.

Damages
If your product arrives damaged, please take a picture and email it to us at info@bloomymama.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll assist you with a replacement for any items damaged during shipping.
